JPC is equipped with a variety of precision production equipment, including two laminating machines, one silicon coating machine, one combined silicon coating and printing machine, three rewinding machines, and one cutting sheet machine.Firstly, both of our two laminating machines are capable of single sided or double sided coating, with effective widths ranging from 500mm to 1610mm. We offer customers the option of using LDPE or HDPE PE particles based on their industry requirements. It's worth noting that our factory is designed as a positive-pressure facility, preventing external pollutants from entering the indoor environment and ensuring product quality and production processes remain uncontaminated. The laminating machines utilize equipment from Sumitomo in Japan and incorporate corona machines from a renowned Danish brand, ensuring stable product quality and wide applicability. Furthermore, JPC's silicon coating machines offer various coating methods including solvent based, solvent-free, and water-based coatings, along with single sided and double sided coating functionalities in effective width from 500mm to 1610mm. We have also added flexographic printing equipment, extending the versatility and applicability of our release liner. Additionally, the silicon coating machine can generate electricity automatically during operation, promoting energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and ensuring stable equipment operation. This makes JPC's silicon coating machine a powerful manufacturing tool capable of meeting diverse production needs.Finally, the rewinding machine is one of the crucial machines at JPC, responsible for processing all paper rolls within the factory before and after producing. Our rewinding machine is equipped with advanced CCD cameras, allowing real-time monitoring and detection of paper rolls to capture any potential flaws, defects, or irregularities. It promptly alerts operators upon detecting any abnormalities, enabling immediate intervention and adjustments to ensure the surface integrity and quality of the products.
